We are pleased to invite you to the 10th Workshop on the Physics of Dusty Plasmas. This meeting, sponsored by Auburn University, will be held on the island of St. Thomas in the United States Virign Islands from Wednesday, June 18 - Saturday, June 21, 2003. Local assistance for this meeting is provided by the University of the Virgin Islands.
