Conference participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.

• A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel - the Marriott Frenchman's Reef Hotel and Resort.
• Participants should contact the hotel directly to make reservations at: 1-800-223-6388.
• Alternatively, reservations can be made by contacting Ms. Leanne Laplace: llaplace@mariott.vi
• Participants should identify themselves as part of the Physics of Dusty Plasmas group in order to receive the conference rate for the hotel rooms.
• Information needed to make the reservation will include:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone and/or Fax Number
  • Other Preferences (Smoking or Non-Smoking Room, etc.)
  • Please indicate if traveling with a spouse and/or children
  • Credit Card (to hold the reservation)
• Room rates:
  • Single and Double: $145/night
  • Conference rates are effective for three days before and after the conference dates (June 15 - June 24, 2003).
  • A deposit of two nights is required to hold a reservation.

Any participants that require special accomodations may contact the workshop organizers to make arrangements.
